SCA5Talk is the first mobile app that serves as a public forum to understand and freely discuss all sides of the controversial topic known as California Senate Constitutional Amendment No.5 (SCA-5). The goal of this app is to provide the latest news and information about SCA-5 and, at the same time, create a free mutual mobile platform for anyone to discuss this issue. This app management team will not take sides for or against SCA-5. Advocates for both sides can contribute material and anyone in the community can submit discussion content, articles or videos related to SCA-5. An anonymous rating feature is also provided for all content.
